Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want our marketing site, the customer dashboard, and the site foundations we generate to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technology. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our design and engineering target.

What we do

Accessibility is part of how we build, not a separate pass at the end. Our practices include:

• semantic HTML structure, meaningful headings, and landmark regions;
• full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator and a skip link;
• color and contrast choices reviewed against WCAG contrast requirements;
• responsive layouts that work at small sizes and high zoom levels;
• support for the reduced-motion preference;
• labeled form fields, clear error messages, and alternative-text tooling for images; and
• automated accessibility checks in our test suite, together with manual review of key screens.

Current status

We consider the pages we operate to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, meaning most of the standard is met while some content may not yet fully conform. Accessibility work is continuous: we test as we build, fix issues we find, and prioritize reports from people who encounter a barrier.

Customer websites

Customers control the content of their own sites, including text, images and their alternative text, colors, links, embedded third-party widgets, and uploaded documents. Our templates and components provide an accessible foundation, but no template can guarantee that the content someone adds to it is accessible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their published sites, providing accessible alternatives where they are needed, and meeting the accessibility obligations that apply to their own business under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law.

If you have trouble using a page we operate, contact us at the address listed on this page. Tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing that.

We review every report, aim to acknowledge it promptly, and will work toward a fix or a reasonable alternative. If you need information from one of our pages in a different format, ask and we will try to provide it.

Limitations

Some things are outside our control, including content published by our customers, third-party embeds and integrations, uploaded documents, and how a particular assistive technology interprets a page. This statement describes our ongoing practice. It is not a certification, an audit result, or a guarantee that every page, customer site, or piece of user content meets every accessibility standard or legal requirement.
