What this looks like in a real week.

Salons & Wellness

The chair, booked at eleven at night

Someone decides on Sunday that they need a cut on Wednesday. They book it while you sleep and you wake up to a fuller week.

Pet Services

Grooming slots that respect the schedule

A big dog takes ninety minutes and needs a gap afterwards. Set that once and the calendar stops overbooking you.

Fitness & Classes

Classes people can actually find

A clear weekly schedule with spots remaining, so a newcomer knows exactly which Tuesday session to try.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs itself.

01

Describe what you offer and how long it takes

A consultation is twenty minutes, a full color is three hours. Add a buffer afterwards if you need to reset the room.

02

Set the hours you actually work

Weekly hours, days off, holidays and how much notice you need. Nobody can book you for tomorrow at six if you need two days’ warning.

03

Let people choose, then confirm

Customers see real openings and pick one. You confirm, reschedule or cancel, and everyone gets a note about it.

Who does what

Some of it should just happen.
The rest is your call.

Handled automatically

  • Only showing times you are genuinely free
  • Blocking the gap after a long appointment
  • Respecting your notice period and days off
  • Sending confirmations and reminders

Still your call

  • Whether a request needs your approval first
  • How far ahead people can book
  • Which services appear on the website at all
  • What happens when someone does not arrive
What you get

Bookings & Scheduling, without another separate app.

Your site, your customers and your recent activity stay together, so you type less into two places and have fewer connections to keep working.

01
Times that reflect real life

Set travel gaps, cleanup time and a cutoff so the last slot of the day is one you can actually work.

02
Rescheduling that does not cost you a phone call

Customers can move or cancel within the rules you set, and the freed-up time goes back on the calendar immediately.

03
A calendar view and a list view

See the week at a glance, or work down a list of what is coming next. Both show the same appointments.

04
See which visits turn into bookings

Visitor reports connect the page someone read to the appointment they made, so you know which page is earning its keep.

Questions

Short answers.

Do customers have to create an account?

No. They pick a time, leave their name and contact details, and they are done.

Can I approve requests instead of taking instant bookings?

Yes. Choose whether a service books instantly or arrives as a request you confirm.

Does it connect to my personal calendar?

Bookings live in your dashboard and can be viewed as a calendar there. A two-way sync with outside calendar services is not available today.

What if two people book the same slot?

They cannot. A time disappears from the website the moment it is taken.
