What a newcomer needs,
and what a regular needs.

What a newcomer needs

  • To know which class is for beginners
  • To know what to wear and bring
  • To see that people like them go there
  • One obvious first session to try

What a regular needs

  • A schedule that is quick to scan
  • To book a spot in two taps
  • To know when the timetable changes
  • A reason to bring somebody along
A normal day

The week a beginner finally shows up

Form / Function is a fictional small-group gym. Most of this is about removing reasons not to come.

  1. Monday

Somebody who has been meaning to start for a year finds the schedule and sees a class marked all levels.

  2. Monday

She reads what to bring and what the first session is like. Two ordinary sentences that decide it.

  3. Tuesday

She books the Thursday 6 PM spot. There is a place remaining, which she can see.

  4. Thursday

She turns up. Nobody had to answer a message asking whether it was suitable for beginners.

  5. Following Monday

She books three more. The schedule was the hard part, not the training.

The pages you start with

Every page has a job.

This is the real starting set for fitness & classes — the same pages your site is built from on the first day. Rename them, reorder them or add your own.

01

Home

What kind of training this is, who it is for and the one class to try first.

02

Classes

The weekly schedule, in a form somebody can read on a phone in ten seconds.

03

Coaches

Who is running the session and why they are worth training with.

04

Memberships

The options, what each includes and what it costs.

05

Contact

Location, parking, the first-visit basics and how to ask a question.

Designs made for this work

Complete designs with real pages and example content you can replace. Every business name shown is fictional.

Questions

Short answers.

Can I take membership payments?

Not through the site today. You can describe the options and collect interest, then handle payment however you do now. Online card payments are planned.

Can classes have a capacity?

Yes. Set how many spots a session has and it stops accepting bookings when it is full.

How much work is the schedule?

Set recurring sessions once and adjust them when things change. It is not a weekly rebuild.

What about check-in at the door?

There is no door scanner or attendance tracking. What you get is a clear schedule, bookings and a list of who is coming.
